Jalu Pradipta is a backend developer based in Surabaya, Indonesia. He works at PT Shelter Indonesia as the backend developer of CAIS, the company's internal ERP, and builds business systems in Laravel and Go.

I joined an internal ERP at SHELTER as an intern in 2025 and am now on staff as its backend developer — 1,203 of its 1,305 commits, alongside six other people. Before that I mostly learned by breaking things in production and then having to explain why.
I am most useful on the parts nobody volunteers for: document numbering that must not collide, wage rules that follow actual labour regulation, approval flows where a signed contract cannot quietly change.
Email is fastest. I answer within a day, usually less unless something is on fire.
